FlightScope Announces the Release of its New Tracer Feature

ORLANDO, FL –  FlightScope, the global leader and pioneer in tracking and analysing sports performance data, is pleased to announce the release of the FlightScope Tracer to the FS Golf App. Unveiled at the 2024 PGA Show, the FlightScope Tracer is an innovative new feature bringing a TV broadcast look and feel directly to your practice sessions. 

Available to all Mevo+, Mevo+ Limited Edition, and X3 users through an easy firmware update, FlightScope Tracer offers:

• 3D Tracer: Witness the full flight path of your ball, from launch to landing, rendered in stunning 3D animation within the video recording.

• Data Overlays for Deeper Insights: Gain valuable insights beyond the visual spectacle with overlays for clubhead speed, ball speed, carry distance, and other essential data points directly on your swing video.

• Set Up: The FS Golf App provides a step-by-step guide to setting up the Tracer on your iPhone or iPad. 

• TV Broadcast Feel: Once the Tracer is set up, you will be able to capture your shots with tracer and data overlay from any angle – including while moving the camera. This enables users to transform their practice sessions, lessons, and club fittings with a professional and engaging visual element.

• Easy Shareability: You will be able to save your videos with Tracer directly to your device, or share them with your coach or any social media platform.

The FlightScope Tracer function utilises the free FS Golf and FS MultiCam apps and requires an additional mobile device, that is used as a recording device, to video the swing. At this time, the FlightScope Tracer only works with iOS devices.
